Agnes Obel - The Curse:  With the vocals way up high, this might as well be classic Tori Amos via Joplin.  From the 2013 album Aventine.

Faith No More - Greenfields:  An odd choice of a b-side in general, but not too far fetched considering their other covers.  This goes back to the 1995 Digging The Grave single.

Frikstailers - Sudaka Invasor:  unnnnf some great bangin' ish.

Gideon - Spanish Guitar
Gideon - This Summer:  Pop-edged tech done totally perfect.

Goldmund - Readers:  Piano + drone ambient makes me alllll swoony.  From the album The Heart Of High Places.

Imharhan Timbuktu - Akal Warled:  This is my kickback jam.

Massacooramaan - Wijd:  My favourite grime vs footwurk beat in like forever?  Yes.

Matthew E. White - Gone Away:  Put this on a mix with some of the hungover Ween ballads and the less bombastic Girls favourites.  From the album Big Inner.

Polysics - Good (Pizzicato Five cover):  good?  GOOD.

Royal Teeth - Wild:  Threatens the edge of a bit too much pop, but just hold the fuck on.

Sharon Van Etten - Afraid of Nothing
Sharon Van Etten - Break
Sharon Van Etten - Every Time the Sun Comes Up:  Gah this album Are We There is devastatingly good.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The Front Bottoms - Twin Size Mattress:  I'm on a nerdy rock blissout all over this.

Ty Segall - The Hill
Ty Segall - You're the Doctor:  I had heard other Ty Segall before and just wasn't in to it, so I slept on Twins and now really dig this one, with it's crunchy Beatles tribute sound.
