The chosen families series:
In retrospect, I now consider Moonchild (in memoriam) the unofficial part 0 in this series.
Part 1, Directions To My Special Place came out earlier this year.
Part 3 will be released in about 2 weeks, if all goes right.
Part 4 will be epic and long, and will hopefully be out before the year is over.
These 5 mixes embody an aesthetic I call "dreamer beats", the evolution of which might have been obvious to anyone who follows my mp3 blog regularly.  It is more of a focus on emotional content, psychological meaning and production minutae of the tracks than it is about the genres, which range from dubstep to witch house to idm to folk to breakbeats to dreamwave to rock to downtempo to whatever else.
